The goal of the piloting was to:
(a) guarantee the suitability and effectiveness of the 4-Module plus Support Action High-Fliers Programme for future STEM Educationalists with different target groups (gymnasium school students, bachelor and masters’ students, teachers and STEM professionals without STEM teacher qualification and science research staff);
(b) seek participant reactions to the Programme being offered and to determine how the Modules could be strengthened – i.e. the piloting was seen as a phase in the Programme ‘performance and quality’ check.

Based on the feedback received from consortium members, as well as local evaluation team members, a piloting report (pdf) was created, which included recommendations for the High-Fliers Programme by the International Advisory Board and the International Evaluation Team.
