The Evaluation & Monitoring Questionnaires (pdf), and Multi-level Programme Impact Analysis represented an important complementary part of the overall project management and project quality assurance activities, ensuring that the defined project aims were reached by the end of the project, and in expected ways. In general, the respective activities of quality management and programme impact analysis included internal and external assessment of project processes, outcomes and partners’ cooperation to ensure high-quality project results.
