At the Kick-Off & PMB-1 Meeting, the coordinator (UT) reminds everybody of the aims of the project, the timeline, budget and financial requirements.

Also discussed are the signature of the grant agreement and partnership agreement. The main aim of this meeting is to assure that all partners understand the requirements, activities and obligations the same way. It is also an opportunity to meet colleagues in person.

After the Kick-Off Meeting every project manager advises the team of their organisation about the timeline and disseminate necessary information to them. The first content-related discussions are also held on the creation of the modules 1–4, particularly related to format and style.
