The second LTT– 3-day Module 3–4 Workshop for partner organisations’ staff either precedes or follows shortly (tbc!).
The focus of PMB-4 is on discussing and finalising the content of Modules 3–4, setting up the structure for Support Action Coaching; after which all partners enter the piloting phase in all countries.
Local Multiplier Events and the Final Conference is similarly discussed. Preparations for the multi-level impact analysis is initiated. Stages and responsibilities in preparing the Online Operational Manual are fixed.
